Refunds & Returns Policy

At Coogee Bikes, we strive to provide high-quality e-bikes and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refunds & Returns policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The bike is unused, in its original condition, and packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and components are included.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, contact us at info@coogeebikes.com.auΒ with your order details. Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival).
  • Custom or personalized orders.
  • Items returned after 14 days.

Warranty Claims

All Coogee Bikes come with a 12-month limited warranty. If you experience any manufacturing defects, contact us for assistance.
