Refunds & Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The bike is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- All parts and accessories are included
- You have proof of purchase
To request a return, email info@coogeebikes.com.au with your order details.
👉 Return shipping costs are paid by the customer
👉 An order cancellation fee applies if the e-bike was shipped to the customer, rather than collected from one of our stockists
Order Cancellations
If your order has already been processed or shipped, a $400 cancellation fee applies.
This covers warehouse handling and shipping costs already incurred.
The remaining balance will be refunded.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll confirm your refund.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
👉 Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless it’s our error)
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or ridden bikes
- Assembled bikes
- Custom or personalised orders
- Returns after 14 days
Warranty (1 Year)
Covers manufacturing defects on:
- Frame
- Motor
- Battery
- Controller & display
👉 Valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase
Important: Parts-Only Warranty
- We provide replacement parts only
- Labour, servicing, and repair costs are not covered
- Installation is the customer’s responsibility
What’s Not Covered
- Misuse (jumps, crashes, etc.)
- Punctures or tubes
- Wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, chains)
- Rust, damage, or environmental factors
- Incorrect assembly or unauthorised repairs
- Modifications or third-party parts
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Email support@coogeebikes.com.au
- Send photos or videos of the issue
- We’ll assess and send replacement parts if approved
Notes
- Returned items must be safely packaged
- Damage during return shipping is not covered
- Unauthorised modifications void the warranty
