Please note that for all models equipped with an NFC key, the key must be tapped on the screen to start the bike.

Important Tip When Inflating the Tires

One of the most common causes of pinched inner tubes is inflating the tire while the bike is resting on the kickstand. When the bike is tilted, the wheel may not sit perfectly straight, which can prevent the tire and inner tube from aligning correctly on the rim.

Before inflating the tire, make sure the tire bead is evenly seated around the rim and the inner tube is properly aligned. If the tire or tube is misaligned during inflation, uneven pressure can cause the inner tube to become pinched against the rim and eventually burst.

For this reason, we recommend inflating the tires with the bike perfectly vertical. Alternatively, you can flip the bike upside down to remove pressure from the tires while inflating, which helps ensure the tire and tube seat correctly on the rim.

EXPLORER & DRIFTER +

Our e-bikes can be unlocked for off-road use only. Please note that by law, the maximum allowed speed on public roads is 25 km/h.

To unlock the speed:

  1. Press the power button to turn the display on.

  2. Hold plus (+) and minus (–) together.

  3. Press the power button again until you see a large number 4 on the screen.

  4. Press plus (+) and enter the code 1111.

  5. Once the code is entered, hold the power button.

  6. You can now adjust and set your desired speed.

To unlock the throttle:

  1. Follow the exact same procedure as above.

  2. When you reach the settings page, scroll until you see a large number 06.

  3. Set the small number to 02.

  4. Confirm and exit — your throttle is now unlocked.

CRUISER - DUAL BATTERY +

To unlock the speed:

  1. Press the power button to turn the display on.

  2. Hold plus (+) and minus (–) together.

  3. Press the power button again until you see a large number 4 on the screen.

  4. Press plus (+) and enter the code 1111.

  5. Once the code is entered, hold the power button.

  6. You can now adjust and set your desired speed.

To unlock the throttle:

  1. Follow the exact same procedure as above.

  2. When you reach the settings page, scroll until you see a large number 06.

  3. Set the small number to 02.

  4. Confirm and exit — your throttle is now unlocked.

CRUISER MINI +

To unlock the speed:

  1. Double tap the ON button until you access the settings.

  2. When you see P1, tap plus (+) until you reach P4, then press ON.

  3. Enter the password 1111.

  4. Set your desired top speed and press ON.

To unlock the throttle:

  1. Double tap the ON button until you access the settings.

  2. Keep tapping the ON button until you access the settings.

  3. When you see P1, tap plus (+) until you reach P6, then press ON.

  4. Set the value to 2.

  5. Press ON to confirm.

BLADE +

To unlock the speed:

  1. Open the throttle fully, then hold the brake lever.

  2. Tap the NFC card to turn on the bike.

  3. Keep holding both the throttle and brake lever for 5 seconds, then release

To restrict the bike again:

  1. Press the red button located below the seat.
