Our e-bikes have been officially certified by the NSW Government as compliant with UL 2271 and UL 2849 safety standards.
This certification ensures that our e-bike batteries meet the highest international standards for safety.
It covers thermal protection, electrical safety, and resistance to vibration, shock, and environmental stress — giving riders confidence that their batteries are safe, durable, and reliable in all conditions.
This certification applies to the entire electrical system — including the motor, controller, charger, and wiring.
It guarantees that all components work together safely to minimize the risk of fire, electric shock, and mechanical failure.
Our e-bikes models are designed to comply with the NSW Electrically Power-Assisted Cycles (EPAC) legislation at the point of sale and can be further adjusted to meet other Australian state requirements where applicable.
