Yes, shipping is free on every e-bike to NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and New Zealand. Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS have a flat $100 surcharge. Most orders arrive in 2–8 business days. Prefer to collect? Free pickup is available in metro areas. Full shipping policy
